Actual Values, which should be controlled when changing :

Actual Value 1: The Air Stream is constant and the Air Temperature shall be controlled.
   (Air Temperature shall be kept constant at a Set Point when there are different Input Temperatures)
Actual Value 2: Air stream is changing within common limits, 
   Air Temperature should be controlled.
   (e.g. Air Stream varies from 40% to 100%, Air Temperature shall be kept constant at a Set Point 
    when there are different Input Temperatures)
